How to set up communication with Richard Ross

Follow the steps below to learn how to use it:
Download the App
If you have an Android device, you can download the app from the Google Play Store.
If you have an iPhone, you can download the app from the App Store.
Create an Account
After installing the app, open it.
You will need to create an account if you don’t already have one. Follow the on-screen instructions to register.
Log In
Use your login credentials to log in to the app.
Select Your Service
Once you’re logged in, you can choose the service you want to use, such as depositing funds, sending messages, or making video calls. Choose Deposit Funds to set up an account, so you can write and send pictures to Richard.
Deposit Funds
Choose the type of account you want to fund (e.g., Trust & Commissary, Inmate Account, Friends & Family Account). In this case, you’ll want to choose “Friends & Family Account”.
Choose the Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method from the available options (credit card, etc.).
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the necessary payment details.
Enter the Amount
Specify the amount you wish to deposit.
Verify and Confirm
Review the information and make sure it’s correct.
Confirm the transaction to complete the deposit.
Send Messages and Photos
If you want to send messages and photos, choose the appropriate option within the app.
Initiate Video Visits
To start a video visit, select the option for video calls.
Follow the instructions for setting up and scheduling a video visit.

Now that every inmate in California has their own tablet and can send and receive text messages, plus make free phone calls, you can sign up to communicate directly with Richard!

You can send Richard Ross a card, letter, pictures, or stamps by writing to him at his current prison address:
